Ambassador Agreement

This Ambassador Agreement is between you ("Ambassador") and Viharam Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By accepting an assignment through Viharam, you agree to these terms.
1. Role
As a Viharam Ambassador, you serve as the on-ground guide and facilitator for booked experiences. You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Viharam.
2. Assignment Acceptance
When you receive an assignment notification, you have 24 hours to accept or decline. Repeated non-responses may affect your match score and future assignment frequency.
3. Pre-Experience Duties
- Confirm details with the host at least 48 hours before the experience
- Contact the guest 24 hours in advance
- Verify the meeting point and route
- Complete all pre-experience checklist items
4. During the Experience
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
- Ensure guest safety at all times
- Report any emergencies immediately via the escalation feature
- Do not accept cash or off-platform payments from guests
5. Post-Experience Duties
- Upload proof photos/documents
- Complete the post-experience checklist
- Submit any guest feedback you receive through the platform
6. Compensation
Ambassador fees are determined per assignment and communicated before acceptance. Payment is processed within 7 business days of experience completion, subject to guest feedback and checklist completion.
7. Performance
Your performance score influences future assignment priority. Scores below 40 may result in temporary suspension pending review.
8. Confidentiality
Guest personal information accessed during assignments must remain confidential and may not be used for any other purpose.
9. Termination
Viharam may terminate your ambassador status for safety violations, repeated cancellations, fraudulent behaviour, or sustained low performance.
