Host Agreement

This Host Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Host") and Viharam Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Viharam"). By completing host onboarding and listing an experience, you accept this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, hold all necessary permits and permissions to offer the described activity, and have completed Viharam's KYC and verification process.

2. Listing Accuracy

You agree that all information in your listing — including description, photos, price, capacity, duration, and inclusions — is accurate. Viharam may remove or suspend listings found to be misleading.

3. Guest Safety

You are responsible for the safety of guests during your experience. You must comply with the Safety Checklist approved during onboarding and immediately notify Viharam of any incidents or safety concerns.

4. Commission and Payouts

Viharam retains a commission of 10–15% of the booking amount (displayed during onboarding). Payouts are processed within 7 business days of experience completion, subject to any holds for disputes.

5. Cancellations

Hosts must not cancel confirmed bookings except in genuine emergencies. Cancellations within 7 days of the experience date will result in a penalty equivalent to 10% of the booking value, deducted from the next payout.

6. Guest Data

Guest contact information shared for booking purposes must be used only to facilitate the booked experience. You may not add guests to mailing lists, solicit off-platform bookings, or share guest data with third parties.

7. Reviews

You agree not to incentivise, coerce, or manipulate travellers into leaving positive reviews. Fake reviews or review manipulation will result in immediate suspension.

8. Platform Rules

Hosts must not attempt to redirect bookings off-platform, charge guests fees not disclosed in the listing, or discriminate on the basis of religion, caste, gender, or nationality.

9. Termination

Viharam may suspend or terminate your host account for violation of this Agreement, safety incidents, repeated cancellations, or fraudulent activity.

10. Amendments

This Agreement may be updated. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
